We’re proud to share some of the great feedback from our amazing clients.

We’ve worked with NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, primary care organisations and more. It’s rewarding to see how our designs improve communication, enhance user experiences, and support healthcare teams.

We love building strong partnerships and can’t wait to help even more teams do great work.

  • It was a pleasure working with the team at Frank, from initial planning through to final build of the site.

From the off, they understood what we wanted to achieve and worked quickly to meet our tight deadlines. They kept us informed throughout the process and were on hand to advise us when we needed it.

We are really pleased with the final website, which is engaging, easy-to-navigate and has received nothing but praise from our supporters and stakeholders.

The site is easy to edit and maintain thanks to the thorough training we received, and everyone we worked with at Frank were just genuinely nice people who were happy to help.

  • We engaged Frank Design to provide University Hospitals of Liverpool Charity website, partly as they had already provided the Trust’s website and intranet and partly due to provision of a neighbouring NHS charity’s website for which I was also commissioner and accountable officer.

As before, I could not fault Frank for their professional, timely and supportive approach to the design, build, training and launch. Using [collaboration software] for project management was genius and made the whole process seamless and kept us on track, with excellent communication between designer, programmer and project director and our team. As a result, we had a very fast turnaround taking less than 3 months from our consulting on designs with our stakeholders to launch. Any delays were ours and we could have shaved time off this had we been able to supply content faster.

We are delighted with our new site, recognising that it’s a work in progress and we look forward to growing and developing it in the future.
