  • We approached Frank with a very ambitious timescale for our new website. From the start, the project team understood both the brief and time constraints that we needed to meet. The team were supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable. They accompanied us each step of the way as we successfully co-developed the website; they produced creative concepts which were on point and met our requirements.

    The project was well managed and delivered on time. Since our ‘go live’, we’ve received positive feedback about the site from many of our different stakeholders and we’re finding the content management system easy to get to grips with.

    Everything from the initial scoping to the design, to the content migration phase before ironing out those final few niggles before go-live were always handled with care and attention.

    We were given clear guidance and timescales on what to expect and by when, and they were responsive to our (many) queries.

    A particular thanks to the design team for creating our interactive map.

    The Content Management System is very user-friendly and I for one was able to quickly feel confident in adding and changing content. And the training videos, which we were given following the initial 121 training with the team, are very clear and helpful. Not just as a reminder of how to do something, but also in helping to learn a new website admin 'trick'.

    Early feedback from our partners has been very good – they particularly love the positive, cheery design and the easy navigation. Looking forward to having Frank as support over the next year and helping us to keep moving the website forward.

  • I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the hard work you have put into delivering a high-quality, visually engaging website.  It has been an absolute pleasure working with you to create a collaborative platform designed to support and empower those managing and conducting translational and clinical research at King’s College London and Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. The addition of the JRO Intranet brings with it functionality that provides a ‘one-stop-shop’ to easily access among other things, ‘How-to guides’, SOPs, dashboards, and a “Yellow Pages” of expertise to support translational and clinical research. On a personal note, I wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Kev and Kris for your patience and for accommodating every ask I had of you, right up to the go-live day!
