This has proven to be particularly true during the coronavirus outbreak where we urgently had to restructure and change webpages on our existing websites and launch several new websites too for Talking Therapies. I have very little IT experience and had no experience at all at the start of this process in designing a website. From the very beginning of the process meeting with Jason, talking about what it was that was wanted for the Lincolnshire End of Life Care website my journey with Frank has been a very positive experience.
Jason came back very quickly with the quotes and was able to discuss the budget and what was needed. Then meeting Mike and his team to begin the build, always so friendly and helpful but above all so extremely patient. You were always there to help, you adapted your language to help me (the novice I am) to understand what you needed from me and explain what you were going to do. You listened, went away and created an easy to use website for me to be able to add the content required. The front end of the website looks amazing and all the teams so far that have seen it have been so impressed with how easy it is for them to use and find the valuable resources that this website will provide our clinicians. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Frank. Alex, Mike, Siobhan and the entire team walked us through every part of the process with incredible patience and understanding, despite the disruption caused by Covid which meant our attention was often diverted from the project.

We worked with Frank to modernise The Life Rooms website and increase accessibility.
They have fantastic technical experience and were able to use examples from other sites they’ve worked on to explain how various functions work, which made pitching our plans to service users, staff and partners even easier. From the first call with Alex, right through to go live with Siobhan and Cameron, we knew we were in safe hands. Every part of this project was planned out meticulously, which took away any unnecessary stress, particularly as we had our own detailed to-do list with clear deadlines assigned.

From the beginning of the project, Frank Health interpreted the brief for our public website perfectly, incorporating the new NHS branding guidelines into a visually simple design that is both eye-catching and functional.
From presentation of initial design concepts, through development, to delivery of our finished website the project has been very professionally run. We had named contacts within Frank at all stages of the project. Milestones were agreed at the beginning of the project and there was regular contact between LCHS and Frank which provided reassurance that the project was progressing on time.
Once the development work had been completed, the website was placed onto a demo server which allowed us to populate the content before the website went live. It was obvious from the outset that Frank is experienced in working with NHS clients, the design and content management of the site work perfectly for a NHS trust.
I was impressed from start to finish with the professionalism, responsiveness and value for money throughout the entire project. Having supplied a sitemap to Frank and content for 20 pages, I assumed that only those 20 pages would have been created, but the developers created all the pages from our original sitemap to enable quick and easy content population.
Working with Frank on our new public website has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Working on a complex project such as a new website for the trust with the added complication of three microsites and secure login area seemed like a daunting task. However, thanks to support from Frank, the project ran smoothly and I felt reassured throughout the process that we were working together to build a website that would meet all of our requirements.

We worked alongside Frank to deliver two major strategic objectives, a newly designed website and extranet, for our expanding organisation.
